Alessia Cara and Rachel Platten to Perform on “A Home for the Holidays”

Disney/Mark AshmanAlessia Cara and Rachel Platten will be bringing some holiday cheer this season. The two singers are set to perform on the 18th annual A Home for the Holidays special, airing Friday, December 23 on CBS.

The show, which aims to raise adoption awareness, will feature inspiring stories about real-life families whose lives have been changed by adoption from foster care.

Country singer Miranda Lambert also will be performing.
