Attention, Rihanna: Jennifer Lopez Has Some Shoes for You

Mark SeligerJennifer Lopez‘s new shoe collection, a collaboration with Giuseppe Zanotti, won’t be available until January, but Rihanna may get early access to the fancy footwear.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, J-Lo notes that when Rihanna did her shoe collabo with Manolo Blahnik, Rihanna sent her one of the first pairs of boots. In fact, Jennifer wore the thigh-highs in her video for “Ain’t Your Mama.” Now, Jennifer wants to return the favor.

“Oh, my gosh, [Rihanna] is first on my list,” she tells the magazine. “It’s funny because I actually had that in my mind. I was like, ‘She sent me those boots, and the minute my Giuseppes come out I’m sending her a pair.'”

The Giuseppe for Jennifer collection features 16 styles, ranging from crystal-studded booties to embellished wedge sneakers. She tells Harper’s Bazaar, “People really associate me with sparkle and a little bit of street edge and things like that. I wanted to make sure the collection had that, but then some [styles] feel very glam and high-end fashion.”
