Demi Lovato Joining “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” from the Caribbean

Dick Clark ProductionsDemi Lovato is set to perform on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, but instead of freezing in New York City’s Times Square, she’ll be singing on a warm Caribbean beach.

Demi will be delivering a special performance from a special Celebrity Cruises concert she’s doing in St. Maarten. It will be the first-ever international appearance by an artist in the 45-year history of ABC’s annual New Year’s Eve special.  The show will also include previously-announced remote appearances from New Orleans and Las Vegas from Lionel Richie and Jason Derulo.

Demi joins a lineup of performers including Mariah Carey, DNCE, Gloria Estefan, Alessia Cara, Fifth Harmony, John Legend, Shawn Mendes and many more. Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest airs December 31 on ABC starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
