“It feels amazing,” Demi tells Entertainment Tonight of the anniversary. “All I’ve been doing is focusing on bettering myself. It’s been quite the journey, but it’s well worth it.”

In addition to keeping herself healthy, she’s happily dating someone new: MMA fighter Guilherme Vasconcelo.

“I’m just having fun, you know? And my life is in a really good place right now,” she says, adding that she loves her new beau’s sense of humor.

She’s also keeping busy by recording new music in the studio “every single day” and planning new projects with her friends. Namely, she’s toying with the idea of an R-rated Camp Rock sequel with Joe Jonas.  Joe first mentioned the idea in a recent interview with Marie Claire, but Demi says she was the one who thought of it.

“Yes, and we’re totally gonna do it,” she teases. “It’d be like American Pie meets Disney Channel… It’s going to happen.”
