Hailee Steinfeld, Adam Levine nominated for 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards

Hailee Steinfeld is up for Best Actor in a Movie for her acclaimed role in the film The Edge of Seventeen. Her competition includes Emma Watson in Beauty and the Beast, Daniel Kaluuya in Get Out, Hugh Jackman in Logan, Taraji P. Henson in Hidden Figures, and James McAvoy in Split.
Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine, meanwhile, is co-nominated with his partner in bromance, fellow The Voice coach Blake Shelton, in the category of Best Duo. Among their competition: Josh Gad and Luke Evans in Beauty & The Beast, Daniel Kaluuya and Lil Rel Howery in Get Out, and Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg in Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.
The Voice is also nominated in the category of Best Reality Competition.
Stand-up comic and Workaholics and Modern Family star Adam Devine will host the MTV Movie & TV Awards, which will be telecast live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA Sunday, May 7 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
